01 You're not brokers. How exactly do you make money?
We operate a Quiet Referral model. When a buyer we've audited proceeds to a transaction with one of our vetted partners — only when the deal is structurally sound and the buyer has full intelligence — the partner pays us a referral commission — only when the transaction completes.
You never pay us directly, and we never receive anything unless a clean deal closes. A deal that falls apart earns us nothing. A deal you regret earns us nothing.
02 Is my engagement confidential? What do you share with brokers?
Completely confidential. We share nothing with brokers, sellers, or third parties without your explicit written instruction. The vessel you're evaluating, the price you're considering, and your audit findings are your information — they do not leave our platform.
For clients in senior public or corporate roles, we offer anonymised engagement with a designated reference code and no name on correspondence.
03 What's your typical timeline?
Standard AI Valuation Audit: within 48 hours of receiving the listing URL and vessel details.
Urgent Pre-Signature Review: 24 hours, capacity confirmed before acceptance.
Full intelligence process for a serious vessel decision (valuation, anonymised enquiries, logistical audit, TCO report): two to four weeks. We are not a fast-track service. We are a correct-decision service.
04 Can I use your audit and then go to my own broker?
Yes. The audit is yours to keep and use however you choose. Many clients table it directly in negotiations — it's formatted as a structured evidence document: fair-value range, comparables with normalisation rationale, identified pricing delta.
The Quiet Referral introduction to our partner network is an option, not a condition. Your interests determine the recommendation, not our revenue.
