How Introductions Work
You found a yacht. Our audit says it is worth pursuing.
Here is exactly what happens next — and what does not.
The Short Version
If your Transaction Audit concludes with a “proceed” recommendation, we offer to introduce you to a broker partner who can handle the purchase. You speak directly with the broker. You are under no obligation. You can walk away at any point.
If the deal completes, the broker pays us a referral fee. You pay nothing to us — not before, during, or after the transaction. The referral fee does not increase the price you pay for the yacht.
That is the entire model. The rest of this page explains the details.
What Happens, Step by Step
From audit request to broker introduction — the full process.
You Request a Transaction Audit
You submit a yacht listing URL through our site. You sign a simple referral agreement that says: if you purchase any yacht we audit within 90 days, you agree to use our broker introduction. This protects our work. It does not commit you to buying anything.
We Deliver Your Audit
Within 5–7 business days, you receive a full report: Days on Market analysis, price history, comparable listings, estimated fair market value, negotiation range, total cost of ownership, and a clear recommendation — proceed, negotiate to a specific price, or walk away.
You Decide Whether to Proceed
If the audit says “walk away,” we expect you to walk away. We would rather lose a referral fee than have you overpay. If the audit says “proceed,” the next step is yours — not ours. There is no follow-up pressure, no countdown timer, no urgency tactics.
We Introduce You to a Broker Partner
If you choose to proceed, we introduce you to a broker whose experience matches your vessel type and price range.
WHAT WE SHARE
Your general requirements and the vessel you are considering — with your approval.
WHAT WE NEVER SHARE
Personal financial details, assessment answers, or anything without your explicit consent.
You Deal Directly with the Broker
From this point, you and the broker communicate directly. The broker handles viewings, negotiations, surveys, and closing. We do not sit in on discussions. We do not negotiate on your behalf. We do not pressure you to close. You can stop the process at any time.
After Purchase — We Help with the Rest
Once you sign a purchase agreement, we send you a structured overview of the services you need before delivery. For each one, we can introduce you to a vetted provider. You choose which to accept.
How We Earn
We believe you should know exactly how we make money. No hidden fees. No surprises.
Yacht Broker Referral
When a transaction completes through our introduction, the broker pays us a share of their existing commission. This does not add any cost to you.
Service Provider Referrals
When you use one of our vetted partners for insurance, registration, or maintenance, the provider pays us a referral fee. Your quoted rate stays the same.
If No Deal Happens
We earn nothing. If you walk away after our audit, we receive zero. Our incentive is a correct decision, not a fast transaction.

A connector based on fit
Introductions to vetted brokers matched to your needs
Ownership services coordinator
Insurance, registration, maintenance, and more
Transparent about everything
How we earn, who we introduce, and why
✗ What We Are Not
Not a yacht broker
We hold no inventory and represent no sellers
Not a negotiator
We provide data — you and the broker handle the deal
Not a sales agent
We never pressure you to close any transaction
Not involved post-introduction
You deal directly with the broker from Step 5 onward
What If You Decide Not to Proceed?
Nothing happens. You are free to pause, reassess, or walk away entirely at any stage. Your audit report is yours to keep regardless.
Many of our audit recipients decide not to buy the yacht they submitted — and that is a good outcome. Avoiding a bad purchase is worth more than completing one. Come back in six months with a different yacht and we will audit that one too.
