Governing your use of the One Blue Anchor platform, intelligence reports, and consultation services. Please read carefully before engaging our unit.

1. Introduction & Acceptance

Welcome to One Blue Anchor. By accessing our website (oneblueanchor.com), requesting an AI Valuation Audit, or utilizing our Readiness Assessments and consultancy services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must refrain from using our services.

2. Nature of Services

One Blue Anchor operates strictly as an independent, buyer-side market intelligence provider. We do not operate as yacht brokers, dealers, or financial advisors.

• Information, Not Advice: All data, audit reports, valuations, and insights provided by One Blue Anchor are for informational and negotiation purposes only. They do not constitute formal financial, legal, or investment advice.
• No Fiduciary Brokerage Duty: Unless explicitly agreed upon in a separate buyer-representation contract, providing an audit or readiness report does not establish a formal brokerage fiduciary relationship.

3. Accuracy of Data & AI Valuation Models

Our AI valuation engine relies on aggregating, scraping, and normalizing data from public registries, global listing platforms (such as YachtWorld and Boats.com), and historical closed-sale databases.

While we apply rigorous quantitative methodologies to filter out anomalies and inflated asking prices, we do not guarantee the absolute accuracy, completeness, or real-time precision of third-party data. The yacht market is inherently illiquid and opaque; therefore, our identified “fair value ranges” and “negotiation deltas” are estimations based on available comparables, not guaranteed clearing prices. Final transaction values are subject to physical surveys, negotiations, and market conditions at the time of sale.

4. User Obligations & Permitted Use

By utilizing our platform, you agree to use our reports and deliverables strictly for your personal, non-commercial vessel acquisition process.

You agree not to:

• Distribute, resell, or publicly publish our proprietary audit reports.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer our AI valuation methodologies or scrape data from our website.
• Use our platform or findings to maliciously disrupt third-party transactions or disparage individual sellers or brokers without factual basis.

5. The “Quiet Referral” Protocol

One Blue Anchor is completely free for buyers. We monetize our platform via a “Quiet Referral” model. If, after receiving our intelligence, you explicitly instruct us to introduce you to a vetted partner within our network, and a transaction is successfully completed, we receive a referral fee from that partner.

This fee does not increase your purchase price. You are under no obligation to use our referral network and are entirely free to take our audit reports to negotiate independently with any broker of your choosing.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, One Blue Anchor, its directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:

• Your reliance on our valuation audits, market comparables, or operational expense estimations.
• The failure of a transaction to complete, or any financial loss incurred during a yacht acquisition.
• Undisclosed physical defects, legal encumbrances, or mechanical failures of a vessel, which remain the sole responsibility of the buyer’s appointed marine surveyor and legal counsel to uncover.

7. External Links & Third-Party Services

Our website may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by One Blue Anchor. We hold no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites.

8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (SAR). Any disputes relating to these terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong SAR.

9. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. By continuing to access or use our platform after revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
